World Dance Day
World Dance Day festivities will be held at MES Commerce College lobby here at 4 p.m. on Friday under the support of Samruddhi Performing Art Academy, Bengaluru, as a team with Medini Ranga Adhyayana Kendra, Sirsi.
State Marketing Communication Ltd. president L.N. Murthy will introduce the system. Karnataka Lalitakala Academy president M.S. Murthy, S. Srinivas of Children Welfare Samithi, artist Hema Govindraju and MES president G.M. Hegde Mulkhand will be the main visitors.
Rohini Immarati of Ganesh Nratya Shale (Dharwad), Sahana Pradeep of Natyanjali (Hubballi), Channapatna Kalpashri Art Center group and Muralidhar Sangeet Nrutya Vidyalaya group (Bhadravati), Ragini Sangeet Nratya group (Bengaluru), Pushpa Art Center group (Shivamogga), Samskara Sakara Nrutya Bharati group (Dandeli), Natya Taranga Trust group (Sagar) and Nupur Nrutya Shale group (Sirsi) will be among the entertainers.
